金柑が好き、白菜も好き。
わが家の冬の定番、
『金柑と白菜のサラダ』

白菜は縦に切って塩であえて絞る(白菜の甘い水分を絞り過ぎないのがポイント)。スライスした金柑と和え、酢とオイル少々。

ここに粉山椒をふるのも好き。
お酢は穀物酢、ワインビネガー、黒酢、レモン汁だったり、オイルはオリーブ油、ごま油、亜麻仁油、とその日の気分とおかずわに合わせて。
